WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Celestial Intuition does not offer refunds. Please do not book unless you are absolutely sure that you would like a reading. If a prediction was wrong or in accurate from your previous reading with Celestial Intuition, you will be compensated with a free recheck but you have to request the recheck through the recheck option on the main page and your recheck will be received by Celestial Intuition and done accordingly. There is no specific time frame for when rechecks are done. Celestial intuition will contact you when she starts.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY READING?
Anyway you like! You can request to receive your reading via video, call, text, zoom, or email (if you choose email please make sure you put correct email you use)
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as cashapp, venmo and paypal (client form is required to be filled out for all paypal payments
WHAT ALL IS NEEDED FOR MY READING?
Depending on the type of reading, I usually only require an unfiltered picture of you. Below is an informational guide for what will be required for each type of reading.
FERTILITY READ:
Most recent (less than week old) unfiltered picture of only you/previous pregnancies (include losses if any) only month of birth or loss is needed for ttc timing ONLY; month of birth/loss & genders of all known for ttc month and gender
Am I Pregnant- *only purchase if period is expected to come in 3 days or less* Unfiltered picture of you (current)
LOVE READ:
Relationship- Most recent unfiltered picture of you and your person/your persons' initials, DOB.
Soulmate reading- if single only unfiltered picture of you
MEDIUMSHIP:
Depending on reading limit purchased, an unfiltered picture of passed loved one/ones' with initials & DOB
Angel babies: unfiltered picture of you from timeframe of pregnancy & date of loss/due date w pregnancy (if you have an ultrasound, that is needed as well
PREGNANCY READ:
Unfiltered picture of you (current) picture of belly & ultrasound picture if you have one/Due date
(including gender read)
ALL OTHERS:
Most recent unfiltered picture of you
HOW DO LIVE READINGS WORK?
When you book through the live readings forum, you will receive your reading via live. All Payments as well as website live bookings are required to be complete before your live reading is in cue.
WHAT IF I LEAVE THE LIVE BEFORE MY READING?
If you leave or there is a disruption with the live before your live reading, you have no strict time limit to receive it. Celestial Intuition gives the opportunity to come back to the next live or whenever you are able to while Celestial Intuition is live to receive your reading. When you do come back you will be put as a pre order where your reading will be next in line regardless if there are new orders waiting (depending on how many pre orders are in the same live as well.) Celestial intuition will then just need your order name/order number and the date you booked (if remembered)
CAN I HAVE A LIVE READING EMAILED OR TEXTED TO ME?
Celestial Intuition only does live readings through live (either TikTok or Facebook). To have a personal email/text reading, you are required to book a private reading from the main readings page on the website and pay private reading amount.
